What Browser have you got ? Firefox ? IE ? Safari ? Chrome ? Netscape ? Other ?

Using F5 will refresh the page but it will reload using cached files. You need to delete temp internet cache files from your browser. The technique varies depending what flavour browser you're using. I only know FireFox you goto the tools menu / clear private data, tick the boxes and click the 'clear data now' button. You may find browsing a bit slow for a while until a new cache has built up again.

I use Firefox . I only understand a small percentage of Computerspeak TBH....Rehashing my cash means as much to me as a kilogram , a kilometre , the centigrade scale , tablets, Eyeplods ,Smartarsefones, the meaning of LOL , Twittering and the purpose of Facebook.
