All the real ale lovers - it it some of the best I`ve ever drunk - and it helps that I work there on ocassion - hic

In 18 months from startup - some achievement.

Only problem is - they`re sharing supply with the pub. The brews are "boiled" for 2 hrs, with 2 x 12KW TP immersions.

On a 100A TP supply

If they win the sainsbury thingy, they`ve got to supply almost 5000 bottles per week!!!

And the brewery is smaller than you`d believe - I`ll get pics for you......

Isn't it brilliant what you get involved with as an electrician!

Oh.....yes. I`ve learnt so much about brewing, chiller units.....designing the cooler control panel was even more fun than building it! We won`t even mention the fact that that we had to install all the coolers & python pipework as well!!!!!!!!

Such a diverse job - with nice rewards, too - when you see hard work paying off!
