Send an invoice for wasting your time 'in accordance with your terms and conditions'
29 days later ( as it's a commercial debt) send a letter before action referring to,the small claims court

I did and have never had an email,since

It's far easier just to block the email address, which also means they are wasting their time and money keeping your address on their system.

I still get emails for a business I shut 5years ago. I only keep that email running in case an old customer wants to make contact. The ones that really make me laugh are the ones claiming they have looked at my non existent website and wish to improve it
