Scantronic 500R Battery Change

I have a scantronic 500r based intruder alarm system.

At some point I would like to change the batteries in the window sensors and room motion sensors.

I would like to know how to open them up and any hints necessary for the safe replacement of the betteries.

Scantronic 500r is a "generic" radio receiver / alarm panel. Exactly what detectors have you got, as I believe it will accept more than one type. (They changed the style some years ago)
