Am in the process of selecting a wiring accessories range for my latest house renovation. 10 or so years ago when I was in a similar position I went for the Lisse white moulded range which I was very satisfied with. I liked this look and feel and the range was quite comprehensive. Unfortunately their website shows all these products as being discontinued. I can be a bit obsessive about making sure all the fixtures look consistent and I don't want a be in a situation where I can't find some obscure switch type because its no longer in stock. Can anyone recommend a similar looking range that is in less danger of dying out soon? Preferable one that has every possible wiring accessory type under the sun, if possible.

they still do the Lisse range, maybe a photo of what yours looks like

I've no doubt that they are still in stock now, but on their website everything is marked as discontinued, as are all their domestic wiring accessories apparently. I don't know whether this is a website glitch, but if true it could make it problematic getting hold of the more obscure components now or in the future.

This forum wont let me post links

Yes it does, but certain links are held, here you go.

No such range is ever going to exist. The closest would be MK Logic Plus - perhaps less aesthetically appealing, but very common and widely fitted. Tastes change and no manufacturer is going to continue producing goods if they aren't selling.

i see what you mean discontinued in may 2025,
as above the MK Logic plus was just MK Logic at the start, before then Just MK, all looked different due to public taste, no range is going to last for ever , but if you get good quality products you should get 10-20 years out of them, only yesterday I seen MK stuff fitted in the sixty's still working today , the place did need a rewire ,more due to the Consumer unit (fuse wire, no RCD for outside use) and the amount of alterations the owners wanted/needed, but the switches and FCUs still where from the 1960's and all worked with no problem

Might have to be the MK stuff then. I always thought they looked a bit naff but at least the style will be consistent. The Lisse white moulded range was advertised as being made from some type of antibacterial plastic, do you know of the MK plus range has the same?

They are a bit naff, but contemporary ranges tend to change more quickly. According to Honeywell, MK Logic Plus accessories are inherently antibacterial and antiviral.

While I also like accessories to match, I'd put up with two mismatched 3 pole isolators before changing everything in the house.
