Hello. What panels are best to use for phone enablement ie contacts police or owner?

well if your wanting one to contact police, then you wouldnt need to ask...

if its just a basic one to contact owner etc, then pretty much any alarm would work with a dialler. i think some texecom have built in diallers (and they do a stand alone). for wireless visonic powermax has a built in dialler

As Andy says. there are lots out there as well as standalone units. Its all down to choice / preference.

As for calling the police, you have to have the alarm installed and maintained by a "this and that" regulated alarm company who will then connect it to an alarm receiving centre who filter the calls*, and pass as appropriate to the police.

* The system must have various criteria to enable the ARC to determine what is genuine and what is key holder error etc
