I have a guy who has a site which has 3 x mobile homes on it. He is going to rent them out and wants to meter their electricity usage so he can bill them their appropriate share. Now as 2 of them are wired from the same MCB in the dist board I was thinking of replacing the Double module DP RCBO (at the connection  box) with one of SBSdave's  single module compact RCBOs and a single module kWh meter.

Both myself and my customer are aware of the rules regarding the reselling of electricity, however I've got a nagging feeling that these metres might not be suitable in this application,, dunno??????

If not,,,, what are my options (without replacing the connection boxes, which are new!!!) ?????

They're all plugged into individual caravan hookups,,,, I was thinking of installing them there... This would also remove the need for access to read the meter.

Sorry if I didn't explain it very well :(
