Single Phase on TP MCCB

Evening all, currently working on a main intake refurb on a farm. 200A Single phase supply incoming which I need to split at the changeover switch to feed a DB and a separate supply to the dairy unit outside. My question is, can I use a TP mccb and run live and neutral through it as I need to go from 200A supply to 100A supply for outside

But neutral can't be on the 3phase busbar as you'll get 415 across brown and blue instead of 230
