Anyone got any certificates for smokes that are fillable on a pc,

or any suggestions !!

Also told to purchase BS5839 part 6, is it really

Go to the download area, there's one there in the certificates section.

Whoever uploaded it though didn't separate it from all the other certs in the workbook, I know because I know the guy that made it didn't upload it.

I have just Joined with NICEIC and on the EIC it says that a seperate NICEIC form for smoke alarm has to issued.

a) do i have to use theres or is it just niceic wanted some more of my hard earned cash

You can use any forms you want - I'm sure

Very true, I used to be registered with the NICEIC and chose not to use their certs, they don't like it, but legally they can't force you. a bit of time and excel or word you can make just about anything.
yes - my perpetual motion machine is coming along nicely :D

Is that anything to do with that picture of yours...the fallen Madonna with the big b-----s?

 :|
No - but it is my inspiration

and my screensaver

and good for a break

gets me to sleep at night

and up in the morning

I love that picture.......

:D

if your smokes are part of a rewire or other work undertaken, cant they just go on the eic?

We gathered that much.

Apparently, so does AD2 (!)

Danny - as said, you need to issue a smokie cert. Doesn`t HAVE to be NIC one, though.

n.b. If you`re using the wonderful "easycert" from one of our sponsors, it`ll do smokie certs onto blank paper.......... if that helps??

It`ll ALSO do `em onto NIC certs, in case you have a customer who specifies that.

I might have something here on my hard drive that would help.

If only i was computer literate enough to figure out how to get it to youheadbangheadbangheadbang

No. Smokes have to have a BS5839 cert. Either a simple 1 page jobbie, for a"basic" domestic to 5839-6; or a "full" set of certs for a grade "C" or higher.......
