Anyone see the James may programme about train sets? theres a humungous one in germany that takes 150 people to run. The team on the prog made a railway line all the way from Barnstaple to Bideford on the Tarka trail and ran a model of the Flying Scotsman down it but only made it 7 miles before burning out.

The Flying Scotsman never made it around the first corner, the new Eurostar made it 7 miles and burnt out.

Was good tele. That and Top Gear in Bolivia! Made my stomach funny!

Sorry Patch, not so much lies but bad memory... Tey set the scotsman off and replaced it with 'ottery St mary' soon after, they sent a goods train and the new eurostar as back ups. The eurostar got the furthest at 7 miles while the others burnt out earlier.

TG in Bolivia waqs fantastic, loved it and what a credit to the range Rover classic!
