Are you concerned at the light flexes going over what may be a sharp edge of cable tray?

Left hand light is not on the centreline of the cable tray.

Is that a smoke detector too close to the lamp drop?

That's 12" cable tray by the look of it, am I right in thinking that the run of FP200 that's up there should be separated from the lighting/power cables on that tray by at least 300mm? Which it obviously cant be as its on the same 12" tray?

 
Sorry I wish the picture could have been clearer, I thought I would look odd taking photos of the ceiling.

Other than the severe underuse of the tray, Im Probably being a bit pedantic...

The fittings further out, the flex is fed through the holes in the tray and the FP is secured using nylon cable ties which I thought at least some had to be metal.
