This is a tricky 1...... will have to study the photo in some depth :p

 
Flex being used with earth cut off and if you follow one off the blacks it looks like bare conductor showing.

 
Nobody mentioned lack of enclosure to add to all the other faults.

And what's that little bit of blue sticking out bottom left? A chopped of wire?

And what a waste, using a 3 gang choc block when 2 gang would have done.

 
the 'enclosure' was the bit of removed ceiling above the light fitting and squished into that

bottom left is indeed a chopped wire. and the live is the same (easier to cut the wires fromt he old light than loosen screws)

 
they havent harmonised the blue as a black sorry none white conductor :^O
I agree, at least keep all the colours the same! other than that jobs a good un. lol
