Where was that Andy, not a domestic job surely
in a restaraunt. cant say i was expecting to find that, even though the rest of the wiring is bit of a bodge.

another bodge is the tails split via 100a henleys. there is 6mm twingles from there into a 100A DP isolator (no MCB), then 6mm twingles disappear into a void above

 
I've spotted it. they didn't affix the "mixed colours" label.

AND they forgot to sleeve the green / yellow in brown.

Those old type MCB's were always bl00dy lethal with their exposed terminals, even when fitted with the correct busbar.

 
thats just discusting how can you walk away and leave it like that - i mean it wouldnt have taken to mins to get rid of the cobwebs and straighten the mcbs!!
