I'd be very suprised as they are owned by Schneider. Other brands include GET, Merlin Gerin, Telemecanique etc.

Yes I would be surprised if true.

May be something to do with a particular section, but I have heard nothing.

Hopefully nothing to do with the knock-off breakers that were being imported that were nothing more than a switch inside. No overcurrent protection at all.

Imagine switching one of those on with a fault.

It's such an established brand that I doubt they'd drop the brand just for that though.

Not true.

I was told a porky by the manager of this national wholesaler. I let him know I wasn't amused when I saw him yesterday.

Bet he's hoping that this hasn't fed the rumour mill & got back to Schneider. They're very litigatious & highly protective of their brands.
