Mrs PD has certainly had 250 free business cards from them, and they still keep pestering us to have 250 more free cards.

Now Lets test Evans's theory.

As I said before, everything seems to be free from Vista Print. You only pay for the postage. Lord knows how they make any money.

From what it looks like the 'free' stuff is limited to there design, they charge for any alterations, upload, fontchange etc....

The freeness sucks you in and you start designing and as you go through the process the costs start going up unless you want really basic then it's not free but once they got your email

Address they won't stop hounding you lol but some good stuff on there.

if you just get their free 250 cards you then get all there offers in subsequent emails

the freebies are good if you do new builds,

leave a couple by the CU for the new tenant/owner,

always fancy lights needing put up and an outside socket,

costs you nothing, and the new occupier hasnt had to start trawling for a spark,

you must be good, you wired their new house,

I know what Vista are like and went in for the free offer , ended up with about 500 cards for less than a fiver , design chosen by me , can't knock it really , only thing is I should have chosen the thicker card. Printers I look after would have charged

For some reason the forum software has interpreted the title and displayed the thread in print view. We will look into it.

I have missed what the problem was on this thread.

Going into the vistaprint business cards - I have had them printed before (twice) for the forum.

The first ones were the free edition - but they put the usual "Free business cards by Vistaprint" - not very professional, if you ask me. And the second lot I had, I paid a little extra for and replaced their text with the forum address.

What they do as well, is when you go to order them - they say you can have an extra 250 etc for a cetain amount and as said above, they charge extra if you don't want thjeir basic designs and font etc.
