Yesterday I got paid a full day to drive a 120mile round trip to switch a water heater spur to 'on'

Way to complicated for me!
Thought they had faulty multipoint undersink heater , no heat, wet cupboard
Plumbit fitted new
No heat
I got there
Still got a wet cupboard
Adjacent spur ON, above worktop spur OFF

It was the sink tap leaking, possibly nowt wrong with the heater
