Why , may I ask ? Just the bathroom for me !Thought so, still going to rcd the lot
no reason not to, got a few 17th consumer units already on the van so no point in spending extra money. Why , may I ask ? Just the bathroom for me !
Depends what you want from the job.this might be rude of me to ask but what sort of money should you charge for a surface rewire?
Things will change before i start it anyway, kitchen is now being sunk in so that only leaves up lights that dont require rcdYou could get away with just RCD protecting bathroom circuits and sockets but as you have a 17th board use it that way if they get the cables chopped in at a later date it will still comply. Personally I would put cooker on Rcbo.Batty
Still need sockets likely to be used outdoors... i.e. downstairs. Why , may I ask ? Just the bathroom for me !
why down lights? ?:|If ALL circuits in a bathroom require an RCD that's likely to be up and down lights too?no?
is a toilet not a bathroom?why down lights? ?:| unless two baths? up and down?
NO..is a toilet not a bathroom?mmm
I just assumed it was............
ok - lets assume upstairs bath and downstairs shower so I'm right re lights and RCDNO..Rooms containing a BATH or SHOWER....
areas with exposed bare skin & water!
unless you get butt naked & stand in the toilet pan to wet your feet!
