I've got a commercial premises to look at with a 6m high roof.
Owner is having a metal framed ceiling fitted around 2.5m from floor level with plasterboard screwed to MFC.
Normally I would fit cable tray above the MFC but its been suggested by the ceiling guys that they could fit 6" wide MDF lengths on top of the support bars wherever I want them to clip to.
Any reason not to do this provided the MFC can take the weight?
