Looking for bit of advice on a 3 phase and neutral supply cable size for an over in a commercial property . Anything would be helpful thanks ! V-415 18.02kw and its a short run about about 10 meters

First work out the current, from ohm's law.

Second select a SWA cable size that can take that current from the tables

Then check the voltage drop from the tables and see if it's within spec, if not you will need a larger cable size.

Welcome to the forum roccofisher, can I ask you please to clarify a few points from your question and personal profile, as they are a bit confusing. First I assume your question should read "for an oven" not "for an over". Second your personal profile says you are "Domestic, Industrial, Time Served, Self employed" these would imply that you have done a formal apprenticeship and passed various C&G's and are now working for yourself? In which case, as ProDave points out standard electrical calculations or reference to manufactures specifications and instructions would answer your question. Or are you still training and this is actually a college question? By understanding your true abilities a bit better other members can answer in a more appropriate manner.

It's not actually a job I am working on its more about checking previous work carried out in a lockup unit that my mate has just rented and looking for advice served my time doing domestic mostly with a little commercial work so not 100% sure
