forget to put your seatbelt on.
It should be part of your start up routine and be like a reflex action.
To everyone out there: please don't drive without your belt.
When I were a nipper, my Aunt was a medical secretary in the plastic surgery dept of Wythenshawe hospital. Their main business was putting people back together after they had been through the screen or hit the steering wheel. Some of the things she told us about were truly terrible.
