Tesla Powerwall Help

Our Tesla Powewall keeps getting it wrong! It charged yesterday to only 50% but the weather was overcast and left us to either do less activities that required power or pay the premium rate per KWH.

Does anyone know if there is a way to, say, fill to 85%?

It's driving us mad that we have a sophisticated piece of kit that we can't override.

The problem is that the 50% that Tesla decided to download isn't enough for an overcast day. We'd liked to have had more downloaded in the cheap zone from 2am until 6am so we aren't paying premium rate when the 50% runs out.

Are you saying that the charge time or rate is operated by an external company and you have no control over how long it charges?
