Hi all: Yes it is an American site but they will do the Dollar / Pound conversion for you, as for guarantees they shouldn't be a problem especially Amprobe kit as they have service agents in the U.K as for GS38, Amprobe produce test equipment for the U.K market so it should comply.

No I haven't received an order from them yet but an ex colleague used to order from them & never mentioned any problems and the tools seemed excellent. Andy.
