Testing circuits that use containment as CPC

Hello there, anyone lead me in the right direction here- am testing an older installation and many circuits are using conduit/trunking as CPC, need to know what to enter into the NIC sheet for the R1R2 column- what's the correct procedure?

what would you do if it the cpc wasn't the containment?

I know, answering a question with a question....

you could always use the r2 value?

what is NIC sheet, some kind of branded toilet roll?

Been using the r2 value but I'm not able to use a wandering lead all the time with vehicles and personnel about, if the containment wasn't the CPC then the installation would be in trouble.  :facepalm:

So if a CPC was in the conduit/trunking would you ignore the additional path the containment gives?

Blue Duck has given you the answer and there’s no need for wander leads.

Be interesting to know what CSA gets put down for 20mm conduit drops out of 50mm trunking, lol
