A switch fuse. The spreaders should come with it, well one anyway.

Thats a Switch Fused Isolator, it can be used between Meter and CU but you dont need the Fuse bit for that, so just an Isolator would do.

They make a 100 Amp Double pole switch especially for this that some DNOs are fitting, often on new builds, so that the Meter can be fitted first and the Sparky can connect himself in later.

Either use my (nearly) namesake, the KMF (MEM`s name for `em, IIRC)

Or use a 2 (or 4) module enclosure, and an AC22 100A isolator.
