Hi all,

Have a look at this.. It is a ship launched tomahawk missile being tested and chased by a fighter plane until it gets to its target. Check out the speed of the thing!! Check out the poor pidgeons that see it coming but do not get out of the way quick enough!!

If it went straight though the superstructure of a real ship like that, and didn't explode until after it had exited the other side, it would count as  a lucky escape for the ship.

if it was loaded i doubt there would have been much left of the ship. or the pidgeons

In boat terms it does strike high up. nearer the waterline is the ideal spot to hit a ship

First time I've seen a Tomahawk hitting a moving target. Nice effect with the fuel burning off at the end.

they aren't  really designed for this type of target, but I suppose if you upgrade tracking systems to track and hit a ship, they have an immense range giving quite an advantage over enemy ships.

I assume the target ship was under remote control? I would not volunteer to be on board in case it hit the wheelhouse.

they couldnt even kill them Deke. they wer elike sitting ducks and they still missed

KFC was a bit far away and the chips were getting cold, so they tried to catch and cook in one go after hearing that Pigeon was a bit like Chicken once cooked.
