Im neither, so have no axe to grind about who you evict,

but, I will say one thing,

1 of them was christian, came to the UK and mostly integrated, and actually helped build the country, [ McAlpines Fusliers,? ]

OK lets follow your argument Steps, Ireland was Irish before it was invaded. After several centuries of trying to get their country back we ended up with with Northern Ireland which the Irish are still trying to get back, Seeing as you believe 'bomb the bastards' is the answer to anyone who attacks and kills your people, then the IRA was justified in its campaign of violence against the British state for its occupation of sovereign Irish territory?

Kindly justify the occupation of Northern Ireland, I really do want to know your perspective on this without digressing into arguments about the Falklands or any other bits of the old empire.
