Timeguard light flashing

Customers light is flashing on off constantly, which perhaps leads me to believe it is a fault/detection setting that needs addressing?
Unlike cheap led arcing/blinking, obvious chinesium crappery, this seems like its telling us something?
Any experience in timeguard lighting? anyone, Bueller...............................

I would say Led driver fail, very common.

On the bright side the old take 1 screw out, unclip from base, clip new one on

3 year warranty
