Thats a common mistake and is a result of nerves during a test.

I failed my first exam.

I never revised but passed on the second time because I went with what I know rather than what I thought.

It was the first time I had ever failed an exam and it was all down to nerves, nothing else, I passed the second time with 98% and never even revised, hows that?

Just spotted the other thread. I dont know whether I got it right or wrong. I havent looked the answer up as yet. It's the waiting that will be a nightmare.

How did you do in section B?

Got the PFC sketches OK. Struggled a bit with the steel containment system (15 marks)

yes got them ok .. did u remeber to show al the test s ? L1 L2 L3 etc for the 3 phase ??

also label the tests etc .. pefc and also pscc ? also show the earth conductor connected to the met for parralel paths ?

sorry ur right it was lighting ... when we left 1 of the other guys said it was a ring .. and i said it was lighting ..

my head hurts now trying to think of the questions.

i got the insulation resistance tottally worng i forgot the formula for circuits in parrallel ..

ended up with 0.5 Mohm so way out .. soon as i left i remembered it .

6 points gone there .
