In a similar vein look at all the swimming pool, paddling pool, plastic patio furniture disasters theat seem 'un-spontaneous', why video someone cuttting down a tree or parking a car that then 'falls in da watter'....they all get the £250. When I sent my clip in it was returned as 'unsuitable as a member of the public got hurt'

Well you could be right but It would have taken a damn sight more than 250 roubles to get me standing on a metal step ladder while that went on

b) the flashes look more like fireworks than electrical arcing
