Hi,

I was round a mates house and his next door neighbour knocked and asked if my pal knew anything about electrics. I popped next door as his rcd was tripping.

He had just had a new board put in and additional lighting put up spurred from a socket. I asked him whether he got a Certificate with the board change. Nope. Also the spark (which was from out the papers) had not only no certified. He had spurred from a spur to a double socket powering washing machine and tumble dryer. He had spurred from this for the lighting and I also found a 13A fuse in the fcu ffs.

What a joke .. how do these people sleep at night doing such a rough job.Wet FishWet FishWet Fishbad day explode

exactly. there are more warnings about gas but nothing to inform people about electric. it baffles me
