364 days a year, parents tell their kids not to take stuff from strangers.... and what do they do the other day?! take their kids asking for stuff. well there not getting anything from me. gate is now locked. thatll teach them.

I have been told off for passing the large bowl of sweets in the hallway, and eating them ]:)

Fused spur to a metal door bell switch normally does the trick, word'll soon get around. Keep the little bleeders away.

I dont have this problem

If they came up my drive i would be more shocked than them when i told them wrong house! (drives 100m+ woods one side, row of trees the other lol, no lights)

I hate it though, its a form of begging in my eyes, same as penny for guy... they litteraly do get a penny off me!

i am ready to catch anyone if the egg and flower the house B-)

bob

Well didnt have any callers today and didnt go anywhere either, mainly because we're too tired to move :^O

I have never tried this, but the temptation is there......

Take a box of Ferrero Rocher chocolates, a couple of dozen brussel sprouts, a bar of Cadburys or similar chocolate.

Remove the Ferrero Rocher from their wrappings.

Melt the Cadburys and coat the brussel sprouts with it; wrap these in the saved wrappings. Re-pack the Ferrero Rocher box.

"Trick or treat?"

"Treat - Ferrero Rocher!"] :)
