Dont do much TT stuff but at 65m away from the house it seems prudent this time

10mm line conductor

looking at table 54.7 pg 162 BGR

It comes out at 10mm

it reads right

can someone confirm i am looking at the right table

I could just put 16mm in but thats lazy,,,,,didnt spend

For TT you should be OK with 6mm but 10mm is what I normally would use anyway

Why 10mm Theory?

Think about what the maximum fault current could be and then calculate to that,,,

but then again you'll probably have to go bigger due to having to add mechanical protection,,, easier to just increase the size;)

I'm putting in a 16mm sq main bond to the incoming water tomorrow as there will be a borderline section 710 install on the premises.
