Under reading smart meter!

My client recently had Brit. Gas install a smartmeter into her pub because she did not believe that

Before changing supplier I'd ask:

Do I KNOW it's now under-reading?

How long was she paying

I thought in a dispute about meter accuracy, they fitted a second check meter. Do they still do that?

Its a 1960's pub at present covered in single glaze glass windows with no roof insulation (both to be "greened" in the near future).

a check meter is still used.

I did hear a story about a gas meter that was in dispute
