I just copy and paste it onto my invoices, letterheads etc, 

PM me your email and I'll send it to you, see what you can do,

I'd imagine it's jpg or png or something simple,  like me, but, maybe they aren't simple to change,?!? :|

If is a logo containing a type face and vectors then the original file type would be best. (pdf/ai/dxf)

send over what you got and what you want changed & I will take a look.
