a friend of mine has just built a passive house, still having to open windows this time of year during daytime to let some heat out. I like this idea, no central heating system needed, small fortune saved on gas boilers etc etc. The only tim ehe reckons he will need some heat is if he goes away mid-winter for a week of two and the house chills off
