UPS recommendations

Any recommendations for a UPS?

the site currently has a comet extreme 6kva with 20 batteries (86ah). the batteries are now dead so they are not sure if to either replace just the batteries or the UPS too. the entire system is 13 years old now, and it failed to supply power during a power cut the other week. not really surprised at that battery age, along with corroded terminals...

not sure yet, maybe 2-3 hours. dont know the actual load connected now, but assuming full load and 100% capacity in batteries it will currently be around 3 hours. generator with changeover switch is another potential solution

looked on google earlier for the batteries and its a bit over £2k for replacement yuasa

IT dept on site is doing the main research into this although itll be me who ends up fitting whatever he gets. not sure where he previously looked be he said the batteries were around £4k

For that sort of size APC or Liebert would be the usual go to options but no matter what they get it will need regular maintenance. It baffles me why someone who needs a UPS that size doesn't have regular tests and maintenance. Rather than spending out on a unit that doesn't work when you need it to. If everything else works and it just needs batteries and some new terminals then I see nothing wrong with doing just that.
