does anybody have an easy remedy for van condesation i have a transit van and the inside of the roof gets soaking dripping onto everything inside

not a lot you can do about that. If youhave air-con, try running that as it dries the air a bit.

Insulation is the only step you can take to reduce the condensation ...

But where is it from? Does it rain in? Do you keep putting wet gear in? Are you cooking or boiling water in the van? Moisture has to come from somewhere, and if you can eliminate it at source it won't condense.

Condensation in vans occurs over night when the temperatures fluctuate considerably. 
the only reliable answer is to insulate the inside, this reduces the temp fluctuation. 
insulate then ply line over should cure it.
