Someone has "Edited" my text ....I suspect Patche TBH        I'm always modest about mentioning my elevated position as Sparks of the Year . ;)

It went today Batts ...........14 yrs service......  never let me down except for a self induced fuel problem caused by me  applying too much grease to the rim of the diesel filter casing which softened when hot and allowed air into the system  .

OK   £40    thats my final offer ............you don't know what you're missing here ...these things don't come along every day ..............like rocking horse shytte these are ....a collector's item .........I'll even throw in a couple of bins ,,...I can't be fairer that that now ;)

I dont think many people still use a horse & cart that it would fit into (well, steps maybe, but if it costs more than a pint he aint buying)

How can you have an Escort without racking ...never heard the like of it .       You'll rue the day you passed up on this offer ....I can throw in 4 Escort diesel pre-heaters  that don't work if you change your mind .

A van without proper bin racking is like Stepps cart without a horse .  People will point at your van saying "Theres young NickEvans Electrical, look you , he tries hard but no racking in that van of his , is'nt it .   Now Evans Electric ...thats a proper electrician's van  that is , all that racking ...theres tidy Cariad!! :innocent

Young .... You must be after something deke,,,, Oh yes you want me to take some scrap metal off you don't you ;)

I'm afraid that even if I did want them that my van couldn't get me to Birmingham... I also have a nervous twitch that makes me stay on the motorway instead of turning off

On a side note I was at a customer's house today who said that their grandson wanted an Escort van when he passes his test, he works at a welders unit (learning the trade) I told them that was just as well as he'll have a load of welding ahead of him if he does buy an Escort :slap

I'm afraid you're right there Noz ......but as I said before ..14  yrs service 'aint bad  .   Diesel engine still running sweet as a nut  after 10 million miles or whatever .
