Anyone else ever notice this ?

There was a police car parked outside our house today visiting a few doors up ,   and I'm thinking ,  its just an ordinary saloon car  , Vauxhall  something or other.............but it looks ..sinister ...faster ..more powerful and bigger than it would without the police livery in blue / dayglow yellow blocks and the West Mids Police crest .

All iin the mind I suppose .

Those are called batten berg markings (After the cake of the same name)

I think you'll find the engines are tweaked to go faster, they're certainly used to be.

they still are - limiter is disabled

Always liked a skoda prefer the x5 though more menacing especially as the occupants usualy have guns

And yes they are modified, Mostly suspension mods to make go round corners quicker!
