Vent Axia Fans

Guys

We have a Vent Axia linX window fan in one our offices. Does anyone know if it possible to reverse the flow of these fans, and if so, how !!!!

Yes. You`ll ideally need a vent-axia fan controller, which will provide remote operational control.

It can be done but you would need to know the intricacies of he motor windings & wiring detail to switch the correct ones.

I mean without the controller KME correctly suggests!

Not sure if its designed to go backwards surely if its not you would not be able to by putting controller on it as there would not be enough wires from motor.

Depending on the type of fan, some vent axias have a plug in device inside. When using a speed controller you take it out and put it in the controlls. If your not using a speed controller then try the plug in device in the other positions in the fan to find out which one reverses.

Guys thank you for your time and effort in responding to my request. In the end, it turned out to be easier than any of us thought. I managed to get hold of the guy who installed it, and he pointed me in the right direction (no pun intended).
