Or focus on something that actually matters? :innocent

Next football match I'll take the dog for a 2 hour walk [assuming I'm not @ work!] - we'll both enjoy ourselves much more.
:(

I cannot accept any criticism of Heskey..Rooney, Lennon, Lamps yes...

Heskey had no support, ask Rooney?

:put the kettle on
Heskey has always been a 3 legged donkey and it is about time he retired down to Weston beach!

Embarrassing football (if I dare even call it that) where over paid players once again couldn't justify their obscene wages.

The building side of my company (not us sparks) have been told that for the next match which is a 3pm kick-off IIRC - they can finish work early and go and watch the match at home or find a pub somewhere. I think most will opt to stay in work given last night's poor performance - I know I would!

Big let down last night!!

Rooney just didn't have any motivation whatsoever.

Crouch Defoe up front next game rooney can be the sub and heskey can come live on blackpool front. how he gets in the england squad is well beyond me!!

I don't think footballers are overpaid. I think its about right. Don't forget mr hmrc takes nearly half off them!

Look at it from this way. The most popular sport in the world. The most watched, the most presure, you allways have to be at your peak. Your working life span is in reality only about 20years. You entertain and inspire millions on a weekly basis.

Then take a holywood actor, you don't complain they earn too much, working every other year, taking it as it comes. You can earn that kinda money into your 70's.

If only, when you earn that sort of money you can afford VERY good accountants and IFA's who know every legal loop hole
