Vfd Motor Ramp Up Times

I'm trying to configure a VFD for a 370W pillar and being relatively new to controlling motors beyond pressing a button, I'm wondering what the most optimal ramp up and down times would be best. The VFD defaults to 10 seconds, which is bit slow for a pillar drill in my experience. I don't know how best to calculate such times and a bit of help here would be appreciated.

Motor specs:

3 Phase Delta

230V

370W / Half HP
