take this message as a warning not to use the following hotel THE SWAN in STOFORD, as me and laura booked to stay there, but unfortunetly due to medical reasons we had to cancel within 48hours they charged us the booking fee from my card and are refusing to give us a refund even though we are in the right, they charged it on the day after saying we didnt cancel till the day they charged it and are generally very rude and not very understanding along with other people that we have since found that have left reviews their customer service leaves alot to be desired, if you value your card/bank money then dont use either booking.com or the swan at stoford as they are both con-merchants,
