I recently made a (only slightly) derogatory remark about the beautifowl green and pleasant land , begins with a W, that is populated with many fine folk and a lot more fine ovine folk.

I reckon it was that that did it. Had you perhaps done a similiar airing of (obviously wrong) views ProDave?

I had some problems a few weeks ago, where I could connect to some bookmarked sites but not others (using FF & urrrgh explorer).....thought it was the PC, but then the kids couldnt get the play station on line..

Called Virgin media & they said it may be down to the updates they have been doing to up the speeds? dont know if it was true, but it's all fine now.
