Weather Watcher

Hi iv got a Pactrol weather watcher, and its driving me nuts, just wondering if anyone can give me any advice how to get rid of it, 

it has 6 wires going into it, live & ground to restricted off peak, live & ground to contacter coil, and live and ground to outdoor thermometer

after a very quick google and look at the manual, you need to remove it and the contactor

Yeah I removed the weather watcher but unsure what to join the off peak and contracter coil wires back to
