The best "inappropriate access platform" I saw was when wiring a new house.

the living room had a high vaulted ceiling and the builders ware putting the very top bit of Fermocell (like plasterboard but stronger and heavier) up on the gable.

Standing on a scaffold tower that was too short, so the boards were right on the very top, i,e no handrail at all.

Still not tall enough, so a stepladder on top of the scaffold tower.

One guy sat astride the stepladder, one leg each side, and two more, one each side half way up the stepladder, manhandling this heavy sheet of board into position.

Do I win a fred drift prize?
