Halloween lights are nearly ready thwn its Rememberance sunday,christmas and new year

20 years ago when my boys were early teens, we played around for while with Tesla coils. For Halloween we rigged up our biggest coil, we could throw sparks around a metre long with quite a noise with a pumpkin on top. It was behind a locked wrought iron gate in a wall and it was caged so no one could get near it. When the trick or treaters arrived we switched it on from in the house it really surprised them and in the main we had a good laugh until one trick or treater reported us to the police who came round, when they rang the doorbell they got the treatment too . We gave em a cuppa and a sweet. They thought it was brilliant but asked us not to do it any more

The domes on the moving heads which will be setup towards end of november are actually greenhouse bell cloches they are made of plastic and i reuse them every year
