Am I missing something here or what ?    I just downloaded a book to Kindle ...........or there was a copy , in paperback , I could have bought for £393   !!!

I see this often , sometimes with CDs  & DVDs .........hugely overpriced articles , so a book may be £5   Kindle .... or used paperback £2  + postage ..hardback £6 .. fair enough... then a  paperback  @ £390   !!  Why bother to even advertise it ?    Are they just chancing their arm or what ?  :C

Is this on ebay?

Some ebay sellers when they run out of stock just push the price up to something silly so the advert can remain until they get more stock then reduce the price again.

Yes, i see this often.. I wondered what was going on.. I often think of buying one, to teach them a lesson. I will get an unpaid bidder strike, but so what, they will have to pay commision on the sale until they can get it reversed. I think commision is 10% That will teach them!!!
