Hmmmmm!   Well knowing that you do  or did ...medical installs , I'm going with Andy  , (I havn't Googled)   but will say  the same ...a dialysis machine .

It looks like its in a domestic situation , its mobile , the screen has some cling film over it .  I can say no more.
