Reason's why, as I've not touched a connector block in 5 years !!Wago stuff is great although I'm finding that I have to revert to con nectar block more often than I'd like.
thats them,
There are some instances where it is more straightforward to use connector blocks. Brilliant as wago's are they can't always be used.Conductor sizes 0.5mm² - 2.5mm² Solid Core
Can you enlighten me on these instances as I am unable to think of any? There are some instances where it is more straightforward to use connector blocks. Brilliant as wago's are they can't always be used.
A "mate" of mine was doing a refurb: One angled batten holder in the dirtiest loft imaginable with a 1G switch just above the hatch. Everything on the upstairs lighting circuit inspected, tidied and ready to test. Being a tall lad (very much like me oddly) he stood up and smashed both the bulb and the batten holder with his head. Cursing, not having an angled holder with him and with mild concussion probably playing a part he decided to simply make the end of the twin and earth feeding the batten holder safe BY ATTACHING A 3-PORT LEVER CLAMP WAGO and come back to it later. Being then new to Wagos "he" thought "Great! Means I'll never have to use a connector block again!".Can you enlighten me on these instances as I am unable to think of any?
